These terms govern the text messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated by The Briefing: FFL Compliance Summit.

1. Program Description
The Briefing: FFL Compliance Summit ("we," "us," "our") operates a recurring marketing and promotional text messaging program. When you opt in, you may receive automated marketing and promotional messages such as event announcements, registration and pricing updates, agenda and speaker news, reminders, and related offers.
2. How to Opt In
You provide consent by giving us your mobile phone number through our website — for example, on our contact form or registration form — where the associated text-messaging disclosure is shown. Providing your number is optional and is not a condition of purchasing anything from us or registering for the event.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the timing of the event.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may also contact us directly at [email protected] to be removed. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

7. Supported Carriers & Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's transmission and effective transmission by us, and may be affected by factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered.
8. Privacy
Your mobile number and SMS opt-in / consent data are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. We share this information only with the messaging providers strictly necessary to deliver your messages, and only for that purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Consent Language
By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages (e.g., event updates, offers, and reminders) from The Briefing: FFL Compliance Summit at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or registration. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
