The Briefing collects mobile phone numbers for text messaging only with your consent. When you provide your mobile number — for example, on our contact or registration form — you may receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from us (event updates, offers, and reminders).
No sharing or selling of SMS data. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in / consent data are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing, lead generation, or analytics purposes. SMS consent is not shared with third parties, except with the messaging service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you requested (and only for that purpose).
Message frequency & rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].

3. SMS & Text Messaging

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties.
4. How We Use Information
We use your information only to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Process registrations, tickets, and payments
- Send account- and event-related communications (receipts, confirmations, updates)
- Send marketing communications, including text messages, to those who have provided consent
- Operate, secure, and improve the website
